Jessie completed her Master’s in Occupational Therapy in 2016. Jessie has been in the field for nearly fifteen years first as a certified occupational therapy assistant. Jessie has worked exclusively in pediatrics throughout her career. Jessie strongly believes in continuing education and attends conferences regularly. Extensive experience and continuing education in different feeding approaches, lactation and sensory processing. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family outside and working on their farm.
Her current caseload includes children with sensory based feeding challenges, Sensory Processing Disorder, Autism, fine/gross motor delays, Epilepsy, Brachial Plexus injuries, Downs Syndrome, genetic disorders, attention deficits, learning disorders, PTSD, visual motor/perception, Anxiety, Developmental Delays and many more.
Jessie strongly believes in continuing education and attends conferences regularly. Including but not limited to Sequential Oral Sensory Approach (SOS) both basic and advanced, CAN-EAT Approach, Handwriting without Tears, Bal-a-vis-x, Brain Gym, Masgutova method, American Hippotherapy Association, State conferences and other specialty courses with a focus on pediatrics.
